Refund policy

Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once they have been shipped. Please note that we cannot accept returns for personal reasons.

We also sell our products to vendors in Japan. Our inventory is linked between our company and warehouse with our online store. In the unlikely event that a product is sold to a vendor due to a time difference and we run out of stock, we will issue a full refund. In such cases, refunds will be processed via PayPal or WISE, and you will be notified via email.

We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, and you will be notified of any changes. This applies particularly to “Buyouts” and other high-demand products.

Refund & Return Shipping

Items are recorded during packaging and shipping. If you receive a defective item, please send us an email with a photo of the damaged part within 3 days of receiving the item. We will review the images and issue a refund if the damage exceeds our standards.

Please note that refunds will not be accepted for used merchandise, items with tears, or if more than 3 days have passed since delivery.

Terms of Refunds

We cannot accept defective products for refund under the following conditions:

  • Used products
  • Contact made more than 3 days after delivery
  • Claims made by someone other than the person who placed the order and received the delivery

Refund Procedure

The refund procedure is as follows:

  1. Please email us the following information within 3 days of receiving the product at contact@myrock-japan.com:

    • Your name
    • Home address
    • Email address
    • Product name and number
    • Defective part (if damaged, please include a photo)
    • Order number (found in the order confirmation email sent to you)
  2. Once we confirm the email and identify the damaged parts, we will guide you through the refund process.
